1. No purchase necessary to vote.

2. Nominations must be received by 1st May 2009 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of posting or sending is not proof of receipt. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid. Entries become the property of the Promoter and are not returned.

3. Only one entry per person. No entrant may vote for more than one book. 4. To vote, enter the title your reading group’s favourite book of the last twelve months and fill in your details on the online form found at http://www.spinebreakers.co.uk/Competitions/Pages/ReadingGroupBookoftheYear.aspx

5. All book nominations will be considered and the book title with the most votes will be announced as the Readers Group Book of the Year on www.spinebreakers.co.uk by 28th May 2009.

6. To obtain details of the Readers Group Book of the Year please email hello@spinebreakers.co.uk stating the name of the competition in the subject heading 4 weeks after the closing date.
