Book Character of the Year nomination:

For my Spinebreakers Christmas cracker I've decided to nominate my favourite book character of the year.

It is.................................................................

Aron Ralston -
'Between a Rock and A Hard Place'

Yes, I know he is a real person but his story of how he was stuck in a canyon for five days, eventually having to cut off his right arm in order to escape, is awe inspiring.
I think he is a real hero.
