I'll Never Forget You
By Josh
It¹s been a little while, since you got sent to heaven
You never got to achieve what you endeavoured
Life has taught me a lot of lessons
You never got to finish you writing session
Your gone, but not forgotten
You told me to start things without stopping
Without you I don¹t know where I would be
I wish you was here to see
So the illness you was diagnosed with was cancer
Wish we could just transfer it
I am sick of it
Sick of people close to me dying
Not having much energy to fight
I miss you now your gone
Never got to say the things I was gonna
Or the things I wanted us to do
I guess what people say is true
That with cancer you mostly lose
I will never forget you
Rest in peace
Poems
Poetry is the new rock and roll – do stanzas, haikus and iambic pentameters float your boat? No? Never mind, you can still send in your poem here!
