I just want to be here,
In my world, my place, my life,
I don’t need a running commentary,
I don’t need a rule book,
Because this is me, and I control me. Not you, not them, not him or her. Me.

And sure I’ve had trouble in the past, Hung with the wrong people,
Tried hard just to fit in,
But that’s not me anymore,
I’ve grown up,
It’s about time you do too.
