Paranoia
By Emma
This feeling is entwined with fear,
At the end, visible crystal clear.
This is not a dream, I can’t awake,
It’s ridden in my mind, like a poisonous earthquake,
my intelligence is disabled, it’s no use now,
I can't see hope, as I don’t know how.
It doesn’t make sense, from truth to lies
It's that essence that I truly despise
My heart tears to pieces, its ripped to shreds,
Of whats going to happen next, I really truly dread,
The tears that roll down my cheeks, are not wept in vain,
Cos I really am scared, and I love you just the same.
Poems
Poetry is the new rock and roll – do stanzas, haikus and iambic pentameters float your boat?
No? Never mind, you can still send in your poem here!
