Snow is falling falling falling
As the children are snowballing
Christmas is approaching scarily
The adults think warily
The shops are running out of stock
As families run amok
Crackers are banging banging banging
As parents put up their door hanging
For neighbours to admire
While they warm up by the fire
The kids hang up their socks swiftly
Hoping for an X-Box 360
The lunch is cooking cooking cooking
As the children are looking
Where their mum hid the sack of toys
With presents for them girls and boys
The grownups shudder, feeling fear
At the thought of the next year!
