High Fidelity is an amazing book mostly portrayed in the conscious thoughts of Rob, the lead character.
The book is split into sections, stating the current tenses. The book kicks off in the past, as rob lists the five greatest break-ups he ever had, saying to a woman called Laura (which the second part bases around) how she would never make it. The book is somewhat explicit containing sections of sexual nature, however not to an extreme making the book inappropriate.
The writing style is somewhat unique and written superbly with a brilliant storyline complimented by the good distribution of dialogue and descriptions. This book is a must read as it gives an amazing view of Robs life, of which many are similar.
